Transit Safety and Security Action Plan

The Transit Safety and Security Action Plan (“Safety and Security Plan”) provides a coordinated, systemwide roadmap to strengthen safety for bus operators, riders, and the broader community. Developed in response to Mayor and Council direction, the Plan reflects a comprehensive and ongoing engagement process, a structured set of actionable strategies, and an implementation approach designed to deliver immediate improvements while building toward long-term, sustainable safety outcomes.
